Tagland's architectual career spans over 25 years of designing award winning homes. William started his career on Long Beach Island,NJ after attending Illinois Institute of Technology. In 2002, his architecture firm Studio Tagland was voted one of New Jersey's fastest growing businesses. His designs are always unique, yet practical. Green building, functionality, and attention to detail are all what makes his designs state of the art.

While the engagement of a traditional home builder to construct an average sized home is approximately 8 months, Circul's contract to completion time for a 2500 square foot home is 6 to 8 weeks.
